aaticas character set elements
this document describes character set elements in the aaticas namespace (AAT ICAS 3030) specified for uses of ICAS. please note that all aaticas character elements that are subject to case are case-sensitive with regard to the particular calendar or clock system used. ICAS character elements are used as short-form components of ICAS format elements (AAT ICAS 3037):

<aaticas:charYear> | 'y', 'Y', and so forth. | the charYear element denotes the format character used to represent a year value. unless further year elements are specified (charAnnual, charDecennial, charCentennial, charMillennial, charTenmillennial, and so forth), charYear can be used for more than one place. |
